We just wrapped up an amazing event with 25 participants and 4 team members! While we hoped for a bigger crowd, the energy was electric. Our participants fell into three fun categories: 30% were actively engaged, 30% were in stealth mode, and 30% took quick breaks but came back. We’re pumped to boost engagement and hit our goal of 25 active members next time with some exciting plans.
Next session, we’re upping our game! Expect extra feedback collection, AI-powered summaries, and the formation of 5 dynamic teams, each creating their own community and theme. We’ll make sure to kick off with inspiring leadership and tons of energy.
We’re measuring our success with cool tools like Zoom reports for duration and AI analyses of chat, captions, and QBOARD inputs. Plus, we’ve got a 360-degree evaluation to get a full picture of our impact.
Beyond engagement, we’re diving into big questions: Can we make business more sustainable? Can we stay calm in a chaotic world? Can we become future world leaders? With the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) guiding us, we’re ready to build better accountability at work and beyond.
