This journey fosters a fundamental mindset shift, supported by a deliberately designed, five-module program tested across Asia – well laid in the Menu Bar:

1. Module 1: The North Star – is designed to help organizations realign and re-energize their collective purpose.

2. The Squeaky Wheel – focuses on enhancing operational excellence by adapting structures to the realities of a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world. Many organizational challenges stem from process irregularities, creating inefficiencies that hinder growth. This program helps identify, diagnose, and resolve these structural gaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

3. Silo Cracker – addresses one of the most common organizational barriers: fragmentation across teams and departments. It help guide teams in harmonizing their efforts as a truly transversal unit, ensuring that departments work not just together, but as an integrated, high-performing system.

4. The Risk Converter – helps teams reframe uncertainty, uncover untapped opportunities, and push the boundaries of performance.

The program is designed to equip participants with future-ready skillset & mindset in today’s fast-paced and dynamic business environment. It offers an intensive, hands-on experience that links real-time applications with deep industry insights. Throughout the program, participants will engage in four interactive lessons that challenge them to ask critical questions and explore the intricacies of how businesses operate.

As students navigate these challenges, they are trained to sharpen their critical thinking skills, and innovate solutions for real-world problems. Students will receive not a Certificate of Completion but A Comprehensive Performance Report detailing their performance and skillset, mindset measurement, providing real time feedback for real time growth. The report serves as a valuable reference for higher education or work application in the future.
