HACK A BUSINESS is a five-week immersive simulation where students are dropped into complex industries and challenged to think, adapt, and decide in real time.

Powered by Fundamental Decisions, participants work in teams of five, navigating scenarios inspired by actual business environments. There are no perfect answers—only choices, consequences, and competing priorities. Through debate, experimentation, and pressure-tested reasoning, teams learn to recognise patterns, uncover hidden drivers, and understand why businesses behave the way they do.

Each week presents a new mission, a new industry, and a new system to decode.

The experience culminates in The Final Defense—where participants must defend not just what they decided, but why they decided it. Success belongs to those who can connect the dots, challenge assumptions, and remain adaptable when the system changes.
